How to Order your prints
I hope you will find making a purchase from this site is simple, easy and safe.
PayPal is used as the secure method of online payment.
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information. Any credit card information you give is handled by PayPal, using their secure servers, only your address is passed on, not your card details.
If you would rather not buy online, you are welcome to send me a cheque in the post.

By Credit/Debit Card
The quickest way to receive your prints is to use a Credit or Debit card for payment.
Simply click on the ‘Buy Now’ button next to the print of your choice - this will take you to the shopping cart where you can fill in your delivery details, once you have finalised your order, click on the 'continue' button to be taken to the PayPal website where you can pay online safely and securely.
By Cheque
If you would prefer to pay by cheque, please email me with details of your order and I will email you details of where to send your cheque.
Please note that all cheques must be drawn from a UK bank account and made out in Pounds Sterling.
Overseas Orders
I am happy to take orders from overseas. Using the PayPal facility is the quickest and easiest way to order and receive your prints. Payments are made in Pounds Sterling and are converted through Paypal to your own currency which will appear on your credit/debit card statement.
Postage and packing costs will vary, so please email me for individual costs.
Delivery
All paper prints are supplied rolled and sent using strong postal tubes.
All canvas prints are suplied rolled with stretcher bars included, your local framer will be able to stretch the canvas onto the stretcher bars for you.
Limited edition prints come with a signed and numbered 'Certificate of Authenticity' and a 'How to care for your prints guide'.
All Open edition prints come with a 'How to care for your prints guide'.
Delivery times for PayPal transactions
UK - 5 to 7 working days from receipt of order.
Overseas - 7 to 10 working days from receipt of order.
Delivery times for cheque transactions
UK - 5 to 7 working days after the cheque has cleared.
Overseas- 7 to 10 working days after the cheque has cleared.
If you have not received your print within 10 working days, please email me and let me know.
My Guarantee to you
It is important to me that you are completely satisfied with your print which is why I offer a 14 day money back guarantee (from when you receive your order)
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your print, simply return it to me within 14 days in perfect condition, in its original packaging using a similar postal service to the one I use, to the return address on the package. I will send you a full refund on receipt of goods.
Please note: that you are liable for the cost of returning the print.
